Ordering Help
All our products can be bought either using our online product ordering pages or by downloading and filling in our (PDF) mail/fax order form. Paying for goods can be made with credit card, bank transfer (direct deposit), cheque or money order.
Prices shown for our products are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Please make sure you clearly include your name, full postal address and your e-mail address and /or telephone number for delivery and/or to contact you.
Online orders
Simply browse through our products and click the "Buy" button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you have finished adding your selections, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the shopping cart page and follow the easy steps for delivery and payment. Our site uses a 3rd party secure off-site company for the processing of online orders. When you place an online order a confirmation email will be emailed to you.
Mail or Fax orders
If you would prefer to mail or fax your order, please download and use our mail/fax order form.
This order form is in PDF format so you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF capable software installed on your computer to view and print the order form.
Payment
The Natural Company accepts the following methods of payment:
- Visa or Mastercard
- Direct Deposit or Internet Bank Transfer
- Cheque or Money Order
Orders will not be dispatched until funds have been fully cleared.
Credit Card
Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard credit cards for online order or using our mail/fax order form. The Natural Company uses Mal's e-commerce for its secure online shopping environment. Your credit card details are stored in a secure, encrypted database and are automatically deleted once your order has been processed. Payment by credit card is the quickest most efficient method of shopping at our online store.
Direct Deposit
If
you are not comfortable paying online with a credit card, you can deposit
the money directly into our bank account. When making your deposit it is important that you quote your order number (or surname) as reference identification as this enables us to match your payment with your order. Once the funds have been deposited or transferred, please advise us by email or fax your direct deposit bank receipt or internet transfer confirmation to aid the fast processing of your order.

Cheque / Money Order
We are happy to accept Money Orders or Cheques. Please make any cheque or MO payable to "The Natural Company" in Australian dollars.
Postage & Delivery
Postage charges will appear at final checkout time and is generally calculated by weight. Postage charges may also include packaging and handling costs. The Keeper is sent free of charge within Australia whilst other product orders will be $6 or $10 on average.
Orders will be shipped within Australia by Parcel Post or overseas by “Economy Air” mail as soon as your full payment has been received and cleared by our bank.
Refunds
We are proud of our products and guarantee all our products within 30 days of purchase. Any defective products will be replaced free of charge.
The Keeper comes with a three-months-money-back guarantee. We agree with the manufacturer and feel it is important you are completely satisfied with your Keeper. For whatever reasons you find that The Keeper is not for you, please follow the directions in our return policy. We will refund your purchase amount (minus the cost of postage and handling)
In addition, we accept NO RETURNS if more than half the stem of your Keeper has been cut off. Please reduce the length of the stem little by little (see How to use)
The guarantee does not cover damages to your Keeper cup by improper use.
Any Moon Pad products which are unsatisfactory for any other reason must be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund.
Return postage is at customer's expense.
Where appropriate, purchase price of returned goods will be refunded less postage and handling costs. Where goods are exchanged any additional costs, including postage, will be charged to customer.
Privacy Policy
The Natural Company respects the privacy of all our customers and potential customers.
We do not and will not give or sell any information about you to any other party.
